Round 2: Technical Assessment — Details: Evaluate frontend or backend development skills | Topics: JavaScript, React.js, HTML, CSS (Frontend) OR Node.js, Express, MongoDB/PostgreSQL (Backend) | Mode: Online | Purpose: Assess technical proficiency

Round 3: Technical Interview — Details: Assess programming and development skills | Topics: Full-stack development, Git, REST APIs, Debugging | Mode: Online / In-person | Purpose: Evaluate technical knowledge and problem-solving skills

Round 4: HR Interview — Details: Evaluate communication and cultural fit | Topics: Communication skills, Teamwork, Career goals | Mode: Online / In-person | Purpose: Final evaluation of soft skills
