Eligibility Criteria

• 2025 and 2026 batch graduates in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
• Strong hands-on proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, and Node.js.
• Experience with MongoDB, REST APIs, and web application architecture.

Selection Process / Rounds / Tests

Round 1: Resume Screening — Details: Based on eligibility criteria (2025-2026 batch) | Topics: Academic background, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, MongoDB knowledge | Mode: Online | Purpose: Initial screening based on eligibility criteria

Round 2: Technical Assessment — Details: Evaluate JavaScript/TypeScript, React, MongoDB | Topics: JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, MongoDB, REST APIs | Mode: Online | Purpose: Assess technical proficiency

Round 3: Founder Interview — Details: Direct collaboration assessment with the founder | Topics: Technical skills, Problem-solving, Communication, Ownership mindset | Mode: Online | Purpose: Evaluate ability to work directly with the founder

Round 4: Coding Round — Details: Live coding session | Topics: JavaScript, TypeScript, React, MongoDB, REST APIs, AI-powered features | Mode: Online | Purpose: Assess coding skills in real-time

Key Responsibilities

• Build features end to end—UI in Next.js/React/TypeScript, API routes on the backend, and the MongoDB schema behind them.
• Work within the existing layered backend architecture (Controller → Service → Repository → MongoDB).
• Help build and refine AI-powered features that call Groq for resume analysis, job matching, and career guidance.
• Fix bugs and improve performance across the stack as they come up.
• Write clear, typed code and work directly with the founder on code review and decisions.

Required Technical & Soft Skills

• Solid fundamentals in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with at least one modern frontend framework (React preferred).
• Basic understanding of REST APIs and SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Comfortable with Git and reading documentation independently.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies.
• Good communication skills to work directly with the founder.

Salary, Benefits & Preferred Skills

• Salary: ₹4,00,000 - ₹5,50,000 PA.
