Job Description

PTC is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to validate the deployment, maintenance, and operational workflows of PTC's SaaS solutions hosted on Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS).

*💼 Role Details:* - Company: PTC - Role: Associate QA Analyst - Location: Pune, India - Experience: 1-2 Years - Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, IT, or related discipline - Work Mode: Hybrid

*🛠️ Key Responsibilities:* - Validate automated deployment and operational services for Windchill applications hosted on cloud platforms. - Analyse customer requirements to define effective validation strategies and test scenarios. - Identify, analyse, and track defects while collaborating with cross-functional SRE and DevOps teams. - Troubleshoot complex cloud infrastructure issues on Azure and AWS.

*🎯 Required Skills:* - Cloud platforms: Microsoft Azure and AWS (VMs, Blob Storage, Azure AD). - Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform and SaltStack. - Python and/or Shell scripting for test automation. - Hands-on experience in Unix/Linux environments.
