Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related engineering discipline.
• Proficiency in Python, Golang, Java, or C/C++.
• Knowledge of Linux operating systems, cloud-native microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD tools.

Round 3: Technical Interview — Details: Assess Distributed systems, Cloud Native, DevOps | Topics: Distributed systems, Cloud Native, Microservices, KVM, OpenStack, Kubernetes, VMware, Cassandra, RabbitMQ, Elastic Search, Docker, Prometheus, Grafana, Ansible, Helm, Terraform, REST/gRPC | Mode: Online / In-person | Purpose: Evaluate technical knowledge and problem-solving skills

Round 4: HR Interview — Details: Evaluate communication and cultural fit | Topics: Communication skills, Teamwork, Adaptability, Customer-first mindset | Mode: Online / In-person | Purpose: Final evaluation of soft skills

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug software programs for software enhancements and new products.
• Contribute to software including networking, utilities, databases, and Internet-related tools.
• Develop an understanding of hardware/software interactions.
• Write code and develop automated test cases.
• Integrate test cases into CI/CD pipelines for continuous execution and quality management.
• Participate in design discussions and learn from architectural decision-making with cross-functional stakeholders.

Required Technical & Soft Skills

• Hands-on experience writing code in Python, Golang, Java, C, or C++.
• Foundational understanding of Distributed systems, Cloud Native, Microservices, Infrastructure as Code.
• Exposure to Virtual Infrastructure Management (KVM, OpenStack, Kubernetes, VMware).
• Familiarity with infrastructure components (Cassandra, RabbitMQ, Elastic Search, Docker, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Customer-first mindset, attention to detail, and receptiveness to feedback/mentorship.
