Job Description

HCLTech is hiring Graduate Trainees for its Global Service Desk team across multiple locations in India.

*šŸ’¼ Role Details:* - Company: HCLTech - Role: Graduate Trainee - Global Service Desk - Location: Lucknow, Nagpur, Madurai, Vijayawada - Eligibility: 2024, 2025, 2026 Passout Graduates (60% & above across 10th, 12th/Diploma, and UG) - Service Agreement: 12 Months

*šŸ› ļø Key Responsibilities:* - First-line IT support handling inbound calls, chats, and emails from global users. - Log, triage, and route hardware, software, and access tickets to Level 2/3 engineering teams.
