Eligibility Criteria

• B.E / B.Tech / MCA / MSc CS graduates with strong command over Core Java.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, Collections, Multithreading, and Exception Handling.
• Familiarity with Spring Boot, RESTful Web Services, and SQL queries.

Selection Process / Rounds / Tests

Round 1: Resume Screening — Details: Based on eligibility criteria | Topics: Academic background, Java skills, Projects | Mode: Online | Purpose: Initial screening based on eligibility criteria

Round 2: Technical Assessment — Details: Evaluate Core Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, SQL | Topics: Core Java, OOP, Collections, Exception Handling, Multithreading, Spring Boot, REST APIs, SQL | Mode: Online | Purpose: Assess technical proficiency

Round 3: Technical Interview — Details: Assess Java programming, OOP, DSA | Topics: Java, OOP, Data structures, Algorithms, Spring Framework | Mode: Online / In-person | Purpose: Evaluate coding and problem-solving skills

Round 4: HR Interview — Details: Evaluate communication and cultural fit | Topics: Communication skills, Career goals, Teamwork, Eagerness to learn | Mode: Online / In-person | Purpose: Final evaluation of soft skills

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop RESTful APIs and backend modules.
• Write clean, maintainable code following coding standards.
• Participate in microservices-based application development.
• Work with relational databases and write SQL queries.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and DevOps teams.

Required Technical & Soft Skills

• Good knowledge of Core Java, OOP, Collections, Exception Handling, Multithreading.
• Basic understanding of Java 8+ and Spring Framework (Spring Boot preferred).
• Understanding of REST APIs and basic SQL (MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL).
• Knowledge of Git and Maven/Gradle.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills & Contact Details
